Mamamia, Australia's premier women's media network is looking for a Client Services Manager  who will work with key internal and external stakeholders to plan, and execute high value branded content solutions for commercial partners. You will lead the implementation of Mamamia's most lucrative commercial partnerships, and be responsible for maintaining seamless client service to develop effective branded content and advancing revenue growth. About the role

  • Plan, coordinate and monitor the execution of Branded Content campaigns for Mamamia's most lucrative commercial partners
  • Brief and manage content producers (written, video, social, podcast, graphic design content) 
    • Publish, track and report on live campaigns
    •  Work with social and marketing leads to optimise campaigns where required
    • Use clear communication to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content is delivered on time, to brief and within budget
  • Conduct thorough post campaign reporting and analysis on all branded content, providing performance delivery data, key insights, learnings and recommendations. 
  • Liaise with the Partner Solutions, Sales team, Clients and Agencies regarding campaign deliverables. Brainstorm and implement client solutions pre and post sale.
  • Manage production budgets and approve invoices to the value of $1500.
  • Partner with sales representative to respond to briefs and utilise opportunities to upsell Mamamia products. 
  • Assist in reviewing all campaign schedules from the Sales team and providing feedback and approval before they go to market. 
  • Managing the planning and execution of live events and activations for brand partners and Mamamia. 
  • Create a sense of positivity and resilience around the Implementation teams abilities and operational excellence by assisting the Execs and broader team. 


About you

  • 3 - 4 years experience in a similar role
  •  Experience managing and implementing integrated digital campaigns 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Media and Communications or other relevant field 
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and time management skills 
  • Ability to balance competing deadlines and prioritise effectively while remaining calm under pressure 
  • Able to confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority 
  • Goal oriented and solution focused, driven to meet or exceed project objectives. 
  • Work effectively in a team environment whilst being able to achieve results working independently
