Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, the P&C Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of a broad range of HR functions including; Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding, Performance Management, HR metrics, WHS and Learning and Development.

About the role

  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Coordinate Mamamia's editorial internship program
  • Provide support during the recruitment process including ; screening candidates, booking and attending interviews, administering psychometric testing and conducting reference checks and administering employment contracts
  • Administration and support for all People and Culture systems and processes including ; performance management, reviews, training plans, contract templates, policy manuals and any other P&C collateral
  • Coordinate the execution of Mamamia's L&D initiatives
  • Act as the point of contact for all WHS matters
  • Represent P&C in Mamamia's Culture Club
  • First point of contact for all P&C Administrative enquiries

About you

  • Minimum two (2) years experience in a HR Admin role
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Ability to prioritise and maintain attention to detail in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An enthusiastic self starter who regularly takes initiative
  • Thorough understanding of Australian workplace legislation
  • Experience in fast paced environment will be highly regarded
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking System and professional social networks, preferably LinkedIn
  • High attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to give and receive effective feedback with curiosity and respect
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt a measured approach in a fast paced environment
  • A strong commitment to continuous process improvement, initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively
  • Possess a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) - no job is to big or too small, you wow your clients and co workers every day
