We are looking for a Sales Manager for Social Squad, Mamamias inhouse Influencer Marketing Agency. Mamamia reaches over 4 million people per month, we know engaging content and we know influence.

The Sales Manager, Social Squad is responsible for connecting with clients and brands who are looking to engage with social and influencer marketing. Through new & existing business development, you will proactively develop creative solutions to fulfil the clients marketing objectives. 

About the Role

  • Identify new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to directly to clients and media agencies to pitch sales opportunities and build effective relationships
  • Partner with the Mamamia sales team to lead the Social Squad responses for incoming & proactive briefs
  • Work across a dedicated agency patch to identify revenue opportunities
  • Proactively drive revenue growth by utilising your knowledge of the influencer marketing and social media landscape to provide creative solutions for client briefs, both long term and short term. 

About You

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role 
  • Possess the confidence to deliver high quality and engaging sales presentations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience building and fostering relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience achieving sales targets and KPI's 
  • Ability to give and receive effective feedback with curiosity and respect
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt a measured approach in a fast paced environment
  • A strong commitment to continuous process improvement, initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively
  • Possess a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) and wow your clients and co workers every day
