Squad is Mamamia's full service end-to-end content agency, and the Community Manager 1 year contract presents a unique opportunity to grow your experience, both within our exciting agency environment, and embedded deeply in a client-side business.

The Squad Community Manager will be responsible for building, managing and engaging our client's (Campari Group) brand communities in social media. Since different digital spaces have unique cultures and best practices, Community Managers must be the consistent tone and voice of the brand across all social channels; posting content, commenting, engaging and answering questions from customers and fans on behalf of the Campari brands we manage.

We're looking for a true social native with relevant experience and a deep understanding of how to drive engagement in all of today's relevant social platforms.

About the role

  • Managing our client's online communities on social media platforms including Facebook, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Utilising social management tools such as Sprinklr, Creator Studio, and Sprout Social to monitor and engage with the platforms
  • Responding to messages, queries, complaints and customer reviews on social channels.
  • Using analytics tools to monitor performance in line with social media metrics including community engagement and brand sentiment.
  • Contributing to creation and implementation of social media content calendar.

About you

  • Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in role
  • Previous experience in Social media or community management
  • Ability to give and receive effective feedback with curiosity and respect
  • A strong commitment to continuous process improvement, initiatives, and ability to solve problems creatively
  • Possess a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) and wow your clients and co-workers every day
