Mamamia, Australia's premier women's media network is looking for a Programmatic and Ad Ops lead to join the team.

Leading a team of campaign managers, you will be responsible for managing our Ad Operations and Programmatic function to execute successful online campaigns that meet advertiser objectives.

You will be an exceptional communicator who is innovative in their approach to problem solving. You will review our processes and procedures and make sure we are operating in the most effective way. Most importantly, you will be comfortable building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. 

About the role

  • Execute and manage direct and programmatic campaign delivery
  • Proactively partner with our commercial team to maximise revenue opportunities and deliver market leading solutions to client briefs
  • Effectively manage and act as a point of escalation for our team of campaign managers
  • Technical troubleshooting related to delivery and ad render and escalation where required
  • Manager third party external relationships with
  • Support the national sales team with campaign queries
  • Provide training and support on our systems and processes

About you

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
  • A demonstrated understanding of digital campaign management across standard display, rich media, video, email
  • Experience in publisher side ad serving (DFP) and third party ad servers
  • Experience with set up, delivery & troubleshooting campaigns
  • Experience delivering, analysing and optimising audience targeted campaigns
  • An efficient and motivated self starter who is able to produce significant output
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with change.
  • Established trading desk, agency investment and client relationships preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to give and receive effective feedback with curiosity and respect
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt a measured approach in a fast paced environment
  • A strong commitment to continuous process improvement, initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively
  • Possess a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) and wow your clients and co workers every day
