Australia's largest women's media company is looking for a superstar SEO expert to join our Audience Development team. You will work closely with our Social and Editorial teams to analyse all available data and provide informed recommendations on how to increase organic audience engagement across our network.You will become the resident expert on what motivates our audience and you will use this information to plan and execute Mamamia's SEO strategy.

About the role

  • Analyze keyword research, competitor gap analysis to determine strategic goals
  • Conduct analysis, provide insights on audience behavior and performance using data from online analytics tools and SEO tool
  • Develop online audience segments and highlight opportunities for commercial targeting and research
  • Develop and run training programs for the Editorial teams on SEO best practices
  • Assist with EDM Strategy, paid search and social Media advertising
  • Reporting including analysis, troubleshooting, brainstorming solutions
  • Work closely with social and editorial  teams to provide on-page optimization recommendations and support development of keyword-targeted content.
  • Conduct regular search audit and support business during site migration with recommendations and best practice

About you

  • Minimum 2 years experience in SEO focused on audience acquisition (digital publisher preferred)
  • Experience in analysing online audience behaviour using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred)
  • Experience generating SEO driven content
  • Knowledge of how to plan and execute paid and organic social campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively
  • Ability to give and receive effective feedback with curiosity and respect
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills and the ability to adapt a measured approach in a fast paced environment
  • A strong commitment to continuous process improvement, initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively
  • Possess a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) and wow your clients and co workers every day
