The successful applicant will have an intimate understanding of both the editorial and metric components of digital publishing.

About the role

You will be responsible for the written content that's published to the website plus the integration of podcast, video and branded content onto the site. You will make sure our content is of high quality and you will oversee the senior editorial team, coaching and supporting them in their growth.

About you

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a journalist, digital publisher preferred
  • Tertiary qualifications in Journalism, Media, Communications or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing and leading high performing teams
  • Ability to give and receive effective feedback with curiosity and respect
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt a measured approach in a fast paced environment
  • A strong commitment to continuous process improvement, initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively
