Mamamia, Australia's premier women's media network is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on a 12 month contract.

The right candidate will be an expert multi tasker and will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment and onboarding process.

You will have a natural ability to build relationships with people from all levels of the organisation, you will be comfortable reaching out and managing a pipeline of candidates. Most importantly you will understand the importance of hiring talented A players who live and breathe Mamamia's core values.

This is a part time role and are flexible about how this looks for the right candidate.

About you

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a TA/Recruitment role
  • Experience using ATS and professional social networks, preferably LinkedIn
  • Ability to prioritise and maintain attention to detail in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and copes effectively with complexity and change.
  • An enthusiastic self starter who regularly takes initiative
  • Thorough understanding of Australian workplace legislation
  • Experience in a fast paced industry will be highly regarded
