Senior Project Manager - Campaign Implementation

Mamamia, Australia's premier women's media network is looking for dynamic and driven Senior Project Manager to join our Campaign Implementation team.

Leading the Implementation across NSW and VIC, this project manager will work with key internal and external stakeholders to establish, plan, deliver and activate company initiatives to produce lucrative commercial partnerships. 

About the Role

  • Manage and develop Implementations team both NSW and VIC including training, development and performance management
  • Provide client services for lucrative commercial partnerships
  • Liaise between clients, agencies and content producers to implement branded content campaigns across Mamamia
  • Event planning and project management of live events for Mamamia and commercial partners
  • Involvement in Pre sales
  • Effective management of budgets
  • Work with a project team to manage the development of content for podcast promotion.
  • Distribution of trade marketing collateral.
  • Assist with and drive the development and completion of special projects as requested by the wider business. 
  • Create or assist creating project plans for the roll out of special projects.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role (digital media preferred)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Media and Communications or other relevant field would be preferred
  • Experience managing and implementing digital branded content campaigns
  • Experience leading a team of direct reports; coaching them to thrive in their roles and learning and development outcomes
  • High level project management skills
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to balance competing deadlines and prioritise effectively while remaining calm under pressure
  • Able to effectively and confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority
  • Goal orientated and solution focused, driven to meet or exceed project objectives.
  • Work effectively in a team environment whilst being able to achieve results working independently
  • A collaborative and resilient person who regularly takes initiative
