Mamamia, Australia's premier women's media network is looking for a Client Services Executive who will work with key internal and external stakeholders to plan, and execute branded content solutions for commercial partners, as well as being responsible for providing administrative support to the Commercial team.

About the role

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to plan, coordinate and monitor the execution of branded content campaigns
  • Conduct thorough post campaign reporting and analysis on all branded content, providing performance delivery data
  • Track and monitor progress of live campaigns, brainstorm and implement solutions in order to maintain maximum results
  • Liaise with the MM Sales team and media agencies regarding campaign deliverables
  • Work closely with sales team and assist them in preparing client schedules and presentations
  • Manage campaign integration product budgets
  • Organise relevant sales led activities such as client meetings, presentations, sales conferences, WIPS
  • Event Management where required

About you

  • One year experience in a similar role, digital media or media agency highly regarded
  • High level project management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Media and Communications (or similar)
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to balance competing deadlines and priorities effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Goal orientated and solution focused driven to meet or exceed project objectives
  • A collaborative and resilient person who regularly takes initiative
