Mamamia, Australia's premier women's media network is looking for an Influencer Campaign Executive to join our in house Influencer Marketing Agency, Social Squad!

Supporting the Influencer Marketing Manager the person in this role will work with key internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute content solutions for our clients while providing administration support to the broader team.

About the role

  • Main point of contact for any Social Squad client enquiries 
  • Communicate with clients (face to face & via written communication) to understand their influencer campaign briefs
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and past campaign performance to improve their briefs and campaign outcomes 
  • Plan coordinate and monitor the execution of social & influencer Campaigns
  • Brainstorm and implement client solutions
  • Collaborate with influencers for optimal campaign results
  • Track and report on live campaigns
  • Conduct thorough post campaign reporting and analysis on campaigns 
  • Proactively source relevant influencers to join our platform 
  • Build a talent pipeline to stay ahead of trends 
  • Support the Social Squad & Mamamia sales teams to prepare social marketing collateral to educate clients on influencer marketing 
  • Event Management
  • Support in the  development & implementation of Social Squad product/platform
  • Stay up to date with influencer marketing industry trends
  • Assist the Influencer Marketing Manager as required 

About you

  • 1- 2 years experience in a similar role 
  • Experience managing and sourcing Influencers
  • Tertiary qualifications in Media and Communications or other relevant field 
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to balance competing deadlines and prioritise effectively while remaining calm under pressure
  • Able to confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority
  • Goal orientated and solution focused, driven to meet or exceed project objectives.
  • Ability to give and receive effective feedback with curiosity and respect
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt a measured approach in a fast paced environment
  • A strong commitment to continuous process improvement, initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively
  • Possess a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) and wow your clients and co workers every day
